摘要
不论是目前武器装备保障管理业务划分,还是综合保障理论量化研究领域,武器装备保障性、维修性和备件供应都是相对独立的体系。本文通过对经典METRIC模型及理论进行扩展研究,讨论了备件供应程度对备件订购费用的影响,以及备件订购费用与系统可用度之间的关系,在满足单级修理和紧急供应的条件下,构建了联系武器装备可用性、维修性和备件供应等参数的保障模型,并进行了实例仿真分析。
Whether in the process of current support management service differentiation of weaponry, or in the fields of quantitative research on composite support theory, weaponry supportability, maintainability and spare part provision are relatively independent system. Considering the influence of spare part provision on its cost and the relation between the cost and the systematical availability, the supportability model related to the parameters of availability, maintainability and spare part provision was established by the classical METRIC model and the repairable-item inventory theory, under the condition of the single-echelon repair and the emergent provision. The simulation and the analysis made by the model were carried out with an actual example.
