摘要
通过对托辊轴的断口形貌、显微组织、硬度等进行试验分析,结果表明,托辊轴表面淬火工艺选择不当,导致轴身表面淬火不良及淬硬层不均匀是导致托辊轴最终断裂的主要原因。
A study on the fracture was conducted by means of fracture analysis, metallographic examination and hardness testing,The results showed that the unapt quenching technics brings on bad quenching of roller surface and asymmetric quenching layer resulting in the final fracrure of the roller axes.
