摘要
在原有标准件建库工具的基础上,引入知识工程,结合特征技术,介绍了模具知识分类及其表示方法,并提出了合理的推理机制,使系统智能生成用户所需模具。建立了基于知识的精铸模具智能生成系统,提高了设计质量和效率。
Based on the original tool for building standard part library, the knowledge engineering is introduced. Combining with the feature technology, the mold knowledge classification and its representation are introduced. A reasonable reasoning mechanism is put forward, so that the intelligentized system generates the mold required by users. The knowledge -based intelligent generation system for the precision casting mold is established. The design quality and efficiency are improved.
