摘要
减速机轴在使用不到一周发生断裂。这里对断轴的宏观形貌、金相和扫描电镜的微观组织、夹杂物及化学成分进行了检测。结果发现断轴组织内部存在焊接裂纹、夹渣及块状夹杂物等缺陷,这些缺陷形成微小裂纹源,使减速机轴在弯曲旋转作用力下发生疲劳断裂。
The reductor shaft were fractured after running for not more than one week. By means of macrostructure, microstructure, SEM, inclusion inspection and chemical analysis, the cracked reductors shaft were investigated. The results showed that the main reasons of reductor shaft fracture are weld cracks, slag inclusions and massive inclusions which exist in the structure of the reductor shaft.
