20例恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛放射治疗观察

Clinical observation of radiotherapy for the palliation of painful bone metastases: an analysis of 20 cases

目的回顾分析恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛放射治疗疗效。方法2007年1月至2007年3月接受恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛放射治疗20例,共30个疼痛部位。使用直线加速器完成,采用常规分割方式进行,200cGy/次,5次/周。达到止痛的平均剂量2086.96±1294.54cGy,最高达5000cGy。结果获得完全缓解10个部位(33.3%),部分缓解16个部位(53.3%),无缓解4个部位(13.3%),有效率86.7%。结论放射治疗是治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的有效方式之一,可以减轻疼痛,提高病人生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of radiotherapy for the palliation of painful bone metastases. Methods 20 Patients, 30 spots, with bone metastases treated with palliative radiotherapy between Jan 2007 and Mar 2007, were enrolled in the study, using the linear accelerator. All cases used conventional fractionation, 200 cGy/fraction, 5 fraction/week. The average dosage to relieve pain is 2086.96±1294.54cGy, the highest dosage is 5000cGy. Results CR： 10 spots （33.3%）, PR：16 spots （53.3%）, NC：4spots （13.3%）, the response rate is 86.7%. Conclusion Palliative radiotherapy provides effective pain relief for symptomatic bone metastases, and improves the quality of life.
