46例食管癌及贲门癌手术并发症分析

Analysis on the postoperative complication of the esophageal cancer and the gastric cardia cancer of 46 cases

目的探讨食管癌及贲门癌常见手术并发症及预防方法。方法分析我院自2004年～2008年46例食管癌及贲门癌行根治手术后的并发症及其与手术方法的关系。结果在46例食管癌及贲门癌中,全部并发症为9例,包括乳糜胸及吻合口瘘、吻合口狭窄等,全部并发症经过治疗后治愈。结论采用左侧开胸胃、食管吻合根治食管癌及贲门癌手术中,缩短手术时间、加强无菌操作及预防性结扎胸导管有利于预防术后并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the common postoperative complication of the esophageal cancer and the gastric cardia cancer. Methods Analyzed the relationship between the operative way and the postoperative complication of the esophageal cancer and the gastric cardia cancer of 46 cases from 2004 to 2008 year in our hospital, Results In the 46 cases, there were 9 cases of postoperative complication, including the chylothorax, anastomotic fistula, anastomotic stenosis and so on. All the postoperative cases were cured. Conclusion All the cases used the left thoracic operation and esophagogastrostomy to cure the esophageal cancer or the gastric car- dia cancer. Abbreviation of the operative time and the improvement of the antibacterial operation and the ligation of the thoracic duct are useful for the prophylaxis of the postoperative complication.
