摘要
产于福建沿海的16种海洋动物,采用甲醇:甲苯(3:1)混合液、95％乙醇、丙酮3种溶剂提取。提取物用纸片法对4种真菌和4种细菌的生长进行抑制试验。结果表明:16种动物的3种溶剂提取物试样大部分对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌和烟草青枯病菌显示出抑制作用(79.1％、81.4％、60.5％),但对金黄色葡萄球菌、甘薯蔓割病菌和黑曲霉则只有少数试样显示抑制作用(4.7％、14％、4.8％)。
With the extraction of three kinds of organic solvents (methanol: toluene = 3 :1,95% ethanol and acctone)16 ypecies of benthic marine animals collected from the fujian coast were examined for antimicrobial activities against four species of bacteria and four species of fungi from May to Sept. 1996.Most of the extracts of 16 species of animals showed antimicrobial activities against Es-cherichia coli ,Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomona solanacearum (79. 1%,81. 4% and 60. 5%), but very few extracts of 16 species of the animals showed antimicrobial activities against Staphylocacus aereus ,Fusarium oxyssporam and Aspergillus niger (4. 7%, 14% and 4.8%).
