摘要
为缓解冶炼低锰钢时传统工艺手段在脱锰率上的压力,在主张铁氧化物作为脱锰剂的前提下,对2种铁精矿、2种除尘粉、氧化铁皮和铁红等不同来源的铁氧化物脱锰率进行了研究。理论分析的铁红w(O)最高脱锰率也最高这一结论在实验中得到了证实,同时还发现铁精矿A也具有同等的脱锰率,因此,具有工业化使用价值。
In order to release the pressure of demanganization in traditional process to produce low manganese steel, the demanganizing rate of different iron oxides, such as concentrates, dust, scale and iron red are studied, under the condition of using iron oxides as the demanganizing agent. The results show that iron red has the highest demanganizing rate due to its high oxygen content and Concentrate A has nearly the same demanganizing rate, which is valuable in industrial application.
