介绍了一种基于嵌入式技术的用于产品在线检测的图像检测系统.该系统通过CMOS图像传感器采集产品的图像信息,并将其转化成数字信号传输到存储器中,再由ARM处理器进行图像处理和分析,判断产品是否合格,然后自动剔除不合格的产品.同时,系统通过对图像RGB 3个分量图的分析,挑选合适的分量图进行二值化处理,定位出中心圆孔,屏蔽掉无需处理的区域,保留感兴趣的区域,最终实现了对产品的实时在线检测.

An embedded detection system is introduced for on-line image inspection for products quality control purposes. The image of product in question is acquired by CMOS imaging sensor and thus digitized, followed by being transferred to MCU. The quality of the product is evaluated through image processing and analysis by ARM. In so doing, the defective products are automatically removed by the proposed system. System will choose the right image for binarization through analyzing the RGB components of the image, and then keep the image area of interest by shielding the irrelevant fields according to the center of the hole located, thus the products is on-line classified.
