摘要 论文系统介绍了环太平洋数字图书馆联盟的产生背景、宗旨、组织和管理、主要合作项目等,并简要叙述了由此引发的关于我国图书馆联盟建设的几点思考。 This paper systematically discusses the Pacific Rim Digital Library Alliance in the following aspects： background, goal, organism and management, projects. It also points out some thoughts on the construction of Chinese library consortium.
