摘要
本文以上海图书馆网上联合知识导航站和广东省立中山图书馆联合参考咨询网为例,从咨询平台的基本情况、网站链接、咨询服务及用户满意度等方面做了全面的对比分析,进而总结了网上参考数字咨询平台的优点和缺陷,以及在未来改进的建议和措施。
Taking the CDRS (Collaborative Digital Reference Services) platform of the Shanghai Library and the Collaborative virtual Reference Services Network of Sun Yat-sen Library in Guangdong Province as the examples, the paper has analyzed basic conditions, website link , reference services and customer satisfaction of the two platforms systematically, generalized the beneficial implications, existing defaults, advices and measures of improvement in the future.
