胡锦涛总书记在十七大报告中明确提出,要积极做好高校毕业生就业工作。女子院校能否培养真正适应社会需要的女性人才,其毕业生能否顺利就业,已成为社会评价女子院校办学成功与否的主要依据。为此,充分认识女子院校毕业生面临的就业形势,积极探索促进女子院校毕业生就业的有效途径,对于女子院校健康、持续的发展显得尤为紧迫与重要。

Whether female colleges can train female talents suited for the social needs or not, whether the graduates in female colleges can successfully get a job or not, have been a main basis of evaluating female colleges＇ success or not. Therefore, fully realizing the employment situation that graduates have faced, exploring the valid ways to promote graduates＇ employment, seem to be urgent and important to the healthy and contunious development of female colleges.
