声学技术在农业生物基础科学与工程中的应用

摘要 随着物理农业思潮和农业物理技术在世界范围类的迅速发展,声学技术在农业植物学基础研究和工程中的应用也得到了逐步拓展和深入,并取得了令人瞩目的研究成果。笔者对声学技术在农作物增产增质、农产品深加工与在线检测和农业信息采集与病虫害防治等三个重要应用领域的研究进展进行了总结和评述;同时,结合中国声学基础研究与工程技术开发和农业植物学的研究现状,分析探讨了在新时期以农业声学技术为切入点发展物理农业的难点和突破口,并对其发展提出了建设性的建议和设想。 Acoustic techniques and methods have been developed thoroughly in agricultural plant science and engineering along with the rapid development of physical agrieuhural thought and agricultural physical techniques in the world. We have firstly summarized and reviewed four important application fields of acoustic techniques in agricultural plant science and engineering such as crop quality and production increasing, farm produce storage and processing, detection online, agricultural information collection and disease prevention and cure and so forth. And then, combined with the status in quo of acoustic science, engineering exploitation, and agrieuhural plant science in China, we have analyzed and discussed the difficulties, critical points and cut-in with the development of agricultural acoustic techniques, and brought forward frondose research projects in details.
