摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术,对所试验食用菌菌株酯酶同工酶酶谱进行了分析,并确定了其菇种种内亲缘关系。结果表明,采用电泳法分析酯酶同工酶的方法是十分有意义的。
The esterase isozymes of edible fungi were performed with PAGE. The results discussed their genetic relationships and show that PAGE is good for Eaterase izozyme zymogram analysis.
