摘要
以往的舌诊客观化方法受外界采集条件以及手段的影响较大,而根据物体对光的反射率这一物理特性,本文采用的光谱法舌诊度量化方法在各个波段上获得更为全面的反射光信息,为舌诊度量化提出一条新思路。试验在通过光谱法获得了舌体表面反射光谱数据的基础上,比较了不同光源照射下同一舌象的归一化反射率曲线,试验的结果证明,光谱法舌诊度量化确实可以极大限度的减小光源光谱、采集方法、外界环境等的影响,更加方便快捷地获得信息。
Past tongue information objectification depends on the acquisition manner and lighting condition, which means these methods are very sensitive to external environment. However, reflectivity is a physical property of object which will not change with the light resource. Based on the principle, A new method of spectrum which can not only distinguish very slight variation of tongue color, but also describe physiological and pathological changes of the tongue more exactly than traditional method was investigated with reflected information in different wavelength. In this paper, normalization curves of reflectivity, which are obtained in the same tongue by the different light source, are compared. The results show that this method can decrease the dependence on the acquisition manner and lighting condition and can attain information more conveniently.
