教育干预对改善护士行为和预防全胃肠外营养导管相关性感染的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨教育干预对改变护士行为和预防全胃肠外营养(TPN)导管相关性感染的临床效果。方法选择接受TPN治疗的患者80例,将接受TPN教育干预实施前的护理操作的40例患者列为对照组,将接受TPN教育干预实施后的护理操作的40例患者列为实验组;评估教育干预实施前后护士对对照组和实验组患者的护理操作、患者的感染率及导管相关性感染的微生物学检测结果。结果教育干预前后护士操作得分为40.0分和70.1分,二者比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。教育干预实施后导管相关性感染的微生物感染率有所下降,且在导管连接部位微生物感染率较教育干预实施前有显著下降(P〈0.01),但护理操作与导管相关性感染率之间差异无统计学意义。结论教育干预能提高护士操作的正确率,降低导管相关性感染的微生物感染率。
