快速眼动睡眠期行为障碍 被引量：3

摘要 快速眼动（REM）睡眠期行为障碍（RBD）是在快速眼动睡眠时反复出现的肌紧张现象，而其他快速眼动睡眠成分均存在，并出现与梦境相关的肢体和躯体的行为活动。快速眼动睡眠期行为障碍在1986年由Schenck等首次描述，目前对其发病机制仍不了解，并且缺乏大样本的多中心随机双盲对照临床研究证据。
