摘要
"基础生理生化实验"是一门实践性、综合性很强的课程。本文以"植物生长素物质对插枝生根影响"为例阐述了开设综合性实验的意义,探讨了综合性实验的教学模式,实现了实验教学内容的合理拓展,真正体现了学生在实践中的主动性。
Basic physiology and biological chemistry experiment was one practical and synthetic course. This paper represents the significance of the synthetic experimental teaching through an example, implements the proper continuation of the content on experimental teaching, and really embodies students" initiative in practice. The paper also explores the teaching model of synthetic experiment.
