摘要 根据近年来文献,对纳米粒的基本概念、长循环纳米粒的生理基础、影响纳米粒体内分布的因素、纳米粒长循环的途径等方面进行了综述。纳米粒经表面修饰后,能达到长循环的效果,具有广阔的研究和发展前景。 According to the literature in recent years, the article summarizes the basic concept of nanoparticles, long-circulating nanoparticles physiological basis, factors impacting nanoparticles distribution, nanoparticles long cycle ways. After modifying Nanoparticles surface, we can achieve the effect of a long cycle and have broad research and development prospects.
