风湿热(RF)是具有遗传易感素质的个体对A组β溶血性链球菌(GAS)上呼吸道感染的一种异常的免疫反应。在这些病人体内,免疫反应不仅作用于链球菌,而且也攻击自身机体的某些组织。现对其作用机制及GAS和RF关系的研究现状作一综述。

Rheumatism fever is a kind of abnormal immunereaction which was induced by Group A streptococcal virulence upper respiratory tract infection of susceptible population. Immunological reaction is not only against GAS, but also against patients own certain tissue. Now its action mechanism and the study situation of the relation between GAS and RF were reviewed as follows.
