摘要
通过显微组织观察,油品分析及对磨痕和磨屑的扫描电镜分析,认为造成毛圈圆纬机弯纱三角与织针早期磨损失效的主要原因是所用的15号工业白油不能满足编织毛圈织物时的润滑要求。造成磨损失效的主要磨损类型是磨粒磨损和疲劳剥落,摩擦偶件的显微组织和力学性能及工况条件的变化会导致控制磨损的主导磨损类型发生转化。
Based on the metallography oil(lubricant)analysis and the observation of wear scratches and wear chips under SEM, the authors found out that the main cause which made wear failure of the stitch cam and cylinder needles on the circular knitting machine was the lubricity of the domestic white oil No. 15 did not meet the lubrication requirement in knitting plush fabrics. The main types of the wear were abrasion and fatigue pitting. It was also found out that the change on the microstructures and properties of the friction leads to the change of the main wear type.
