摘要
随着城市化、城市"机动化"程度的提高,将产生一系列的城市病症,生态环境恶化,交通拥挤,安全事故频发,极大制约了城市的可持续发展。为此,做好在绿色交通新理念指导下的城市轨道交通网络规划,注重以人为本,使综合运输资源、土地利用、社会、经济、生态等得到协调发展,从而,真正体现出绿色交通的战略意义。
The sustainable development of cities has been greatly restricted by the increasing deterioration of city ecological environment, traf- fic congestion and frequent traffic accidents. Therefore, coordinated development must be realized in the comprehensive transport resources, land utilization, society, economy and ecological environ- ment by paying attention to the human-oriented idea. The planning of urban transit network must be drawn under the instruction of green traffic. Only in this way can urban rail transit embody the strategic significance of green traffic in deed.
