摘要
目的探讨0.7毫米微创白内障超声乳化手术的护理及其意义。方法对269人例306手术进行回顾性分析,对比术前术后视力变化及并发症的发生结果术后第1天,第3天和1月裸眼视力比术前提高显著,术后视力提高快,并发症少。结论良好的围手期护理和配合非常重要,对保障病人安全,提高治疗效果具有重要意义。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of the nursing anti instruction for patients who undertaking 0.7mm minimally invasive cataract surgery.Methods Preoperative anti postoperative visual acurity and surgical complications were recorded and analysized for 269cases （306 eyes）.Results Postoperative visual acuity were improved significantly compared with preoperative visul aeurity. Conclusion Paraoperative nursing and instruction are very. important anti guarantee the patients with good results.
