关于嗜酸性粒细胞性肺疾病分类和诊断的商榷 被引量：2

摘要 嗜酸性粒细胞性肺疾病（eosinophilic lung disease，ELD）或称嗜酸性粒细胞性肺炎（eosinophilic pneumonia，EP）的分类和诊断至今仍相当混淆，因而影响疾病病情的统一观察和有关诊治的探索。为此提出关于ELD分类和诊断进行商榷，希望能统一认识，提高临床医疗水平。现选数篇期刊和图书报道本病的内容分述于下，作为共同商榷的起始点。
