辅酶Q_(10)在体外循环下对酶学及心肌超微结构的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Coenzyme Q_10 on Enzymes and Myocardial Ultrastructure under Cardiopulmonary Bypass

摘要 将体外循环心脏瓣膜置换术患者24例分为两组。对照组应用心肌冷停跳液灌注,试验组于冷停跳液中加入辅酶Q10(2mg/kg)。观察血浆MDA,红细胞SOD,血清CPK与CK—MB,心肌超微结构,临床表现。结果:(1)试验组氧自由基产生减少,酶学有降低趋势,心肌超微结构损伤较轻。(2)再灌注心律失常、术后室性心律失常与低心排发生人数较少。结论:冷停跳液加入辅酶Q10灌注对体外循环下心肌缺血再灌注损伤有一定保护性作用,应用于临床是可行的。 Twenty-four patients with valve replacement were randomly divided into two groups during extracorporeal circulation.Only cold crystalloid cardioplegia fluid was used in the control group.In coenzyme Q_10 group,coenzyme Q10 (zmg/kg) was added in the cold cardioplegia fluid.Plasma MDA、RBC、SOD、serum CPK and CKMB、myocardial ultrastructure and clinical data were observed.The results were:1) In coenzyme Q10 group,prcduction of oxygen free radical was decreased much significantly,the enzymes had the tendency to decline and the myocardial ultrastructure was better preserved;2) The incidence of reperfusedinduced arrhythmias,postoperative arrhythmias or low output syndrome after operations was lowes Lower in the enzyme Q10 group.The data suggested that using infusion with cold cardioplegia fluid including coenyme Q10 there was certain protective effect on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury during cardiopulmonary bypass and this method was feasible clinicaly.
