党的十七大召开以来,以"推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣"为题论述的文化建设问题,以及在这个题目之下提出的关于文化建设的一系列新论断、新要求,显示了我们党在世界文化多样性发展的进程中,不断增强中华文化生命力、创造力和影响力的决心和信心。本文仅就报告中关于"大力发展文化产业"的问题,结合新疆情况,谈八个问题。

Since the 17th National Congress of the CPC, cultural construction has been elaborated under the title of ＂Promoting Socialist Cultural Development and Prosperity＂, and a series of new arguments and requirements are hence put forward. All this indicates the CPC ＇ s determination and confidence in strengthen nation＇ s cultural development in the process of a diversified development of the world culture. The paper will discuss how to develop cultural industry in Xinjiang.
