摘要 表面增强激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry,SELDI-TOF-MS)技术是随着蛋白质组学的兴起而出现的新技术,是一种基于蛋白质芯片和质谱技术的多种疾病标志物的分析平台。SELDI-TOF-MS技术是一种操作简单、方便快捷、样本用量少、敏感性高、特异性强的高通量的研究蛋白组学的方法。为此,本文就SELDI-TOF-MS技术的原理、特点及其在消化道肿瘤诊断中的应用作以下综述。 SELDI-TOF-MS( surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectometry) has emerged in recent years with the development of the proteomics. It is a powerful platform based on the technique of proteinchip and spectrometry for the discovery of multiple diseases' biomarkers. SELDI-TOF-MS is high throughput research method in proteomics with superiorities of automation, rapidness, paucity of samples, sensitivity and specificity. This paper reviews its principle, classification and the prospect of application in the digestive systemic tumors.
