摘要
大伙房输水隧洞TBM施工段,在初步设计阶段推荐采用双护盾TBM和预制混凝土管片衬砌。在招标设计阶段经深入比较论证后,决定改用开敞式TBM和锚喷支护、模筑混凝土衬砌。本文根据双护盾和开敞式TBM的结构特点及其适用性,从本工程的工程地质条件、现代隧洞工程支护系统的设计理念、衬砌结构设计对施工质量的影响及技术经济等方面,对两种TBM型式及支护衬砌方式进行了比较论证。开敞式TBM和锚喷支护、模筑混凝土衬砌,是本工程最优的选择。
So far as the TBM tunneling section of Dahuofang Water Diversion Project is concerned, the double shielding TBM and the precast concrete segment lining are recommended during the preliminary design. After demonstration and comparison during the bidding design, it is determined to change the original construction scheme with open-TBM, bolting and sbotcreting support and molded concrete lining. Based on the structural features and the applicabilities of both the double shielding and the open- TBMs, the two types of the TBMs and their support linings are compared and demonstrated herein from the aspects such as the engineering geological condition of this project, the design concept of the modern supporting system of tunneling project and the effect from lining structural design on the construction quality and the tech-economy concerned. It is concluded that the open-TBM, bolting and shotcreting support and molded concrete lining are the optimal selections for this project.
