摘要
运用统计方法对刀具在切削过程中产生的声信号在低频带、中频带和高频带的功率谱分别进行了分析,并以此开发了具有BP网络识别的刀具在线监控系统。
The power density spectrum of the cutting sound signals generated in the tool cutting process were analyzed separately in the low frequency band, middle frequency band and high frequency band by the method of statistics. On this basis, an on - line monitoring system with BP networks pattern recognition for the tools wear has been developed
