摘要
介绍了通过建立多元线性回归模型,利用机床电动机电流与速度参数,对热误差进行预测的方法。在加工中心主轴空转状态下对各轴热误差的推定结果表明,热误差推定值与实测值具有良好的一致性。该方法的优点是测量参数少,测量成本低。对于机床热误差实时预测具有一定的现实意义。
Thermal error of machining center was estimated by utilizing multivariate linear regression, parameters of electrical current and speed in CNC unit at idle state in this paper. As shown in experiment, the calculated deformations were in good agreement with measured actual values. The merit of this method is that the measurement parameters were few, and the cost was also reduced. It has practical significance for the real time prediction of thermal error of machine tool.
