摘要 叙述了影响数控机床定位精度的有关因素,指出了导轨几何精度与机床定位精度的直接联系。以TH65100×100A型卧式加工中心为例,提出了几种提高数控机床定位精度的方法,并通过试验结果对所用方法和结论加以验证,同时介绍了误差补偿的相关内容。 The related factors influencing the positioning accuracy of NC machine is described in this paper. The direct relations between the guideways' accuracy and positioning accuracy of NC machine are pointed out. Several methods of increasing the positioning accuracy of horizontal machining center TH65100 100A is proposed. The methods used and conclusions are verified by the experiment results. At the same time, the contents of error compensation are also introduced in this paper.
