摘要
采用气相色谱法,用30m×0.32mm(id)×0.25μmHP-5石英毛细管柱,以邻苯二甲酸二戊酯为内标物测定苦参碱的质量。结果表明线性相关系数为0.9999,回收率在98.5%～102.6%之间,加标回收RSD为1.7%。该方法简单、快速、重复性好,适用于苦参碱定量分析。
The content of matrine in kurarinone was determined by gas chromatography with 30 m × 0.32 mm （id）× 0.25 μm quartz capillary column, and using phthalate isoamyl as the internal standard. The results showed that linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the recoveries were 98.5%- 102.6%, RSD was 1.7%. The method was simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible to be used for the determination of matrine.
