摘要
本研究采用超声波、凝胶层析等方法,提取、纯化了双峰驼睾丸组织中的精蛋白;以主要的食品污染菌为对象,对双峰驼精蛋白的抗菌特性进行了初步研究。实验结果表明:利用超声波技术提取精蛋白时,硫酸用量少,提取时间短,并且多提取的双峰驼精蛋白活性高,其大小在15~18ku,对金色葡萄球菌有明显的抑菌效果。
