摘要
本文对功率绝缘栅控双极性晶体管IGBT栅极驱动特性及其驱动电路进行了探讨,叙述了IGBT对驱动电路的特殊要求及设计驱动电路应注意的问题,同时给出了功率IGBT的驱动电路和保护电路的应用实例。
In this paper, power insulated gate bipolar transistor control IGBT gate drive circuit and its driving characteristics are discussed, described the IGBT driver on the circuit and the special requirements of designing drive circuit should pay attention to the problem, at the same time the application example are given on the drive circuit and the protection circuit of power IGBT.
