摘要
本文在分析了汽车变速器寿命试验特点的基础上,设计了机械封闭式结构的测试试验台。通过采用了计算机闭环控制,对各个测试数据进行测量监控,并提出了PID控制器在油温控制中的应用方法。一年来的运行表明,该测试系统能够满足变速器的《JB3987-92》试验规范的试验要求。在Windows系统下可以对温度、转矩、转速进行有效测量,其测量精度可以达到使用要求。
Enclosed mechanical testing measurement is proposed and Automobile Transmission Performance Test Stand is analyzed. The method of PID controller is applied to the control of oil temperature with , the measuring data is monitored at the same time. The result is approved by application in an enterprise all the year. The enterprise stand of JB3987-92 is realized by the testing system. The temperature, torque and rotation speed is measured under Windows; the measurement accuracy of system is reached.
