摘要 传统的注塑模设计基本凭借设计人员个人的知识和经验,模具设计、加工完毕后,需要花费大量的时间进行调试、修改,甚至可能由于无法挽回的一点失误使得整个设计报废,模具设计、加工的成本高,效率低。采用MoldFlow流体模拟软件可以节省人力物力,而且可以减少资源的浪费,MoldFlow Plastics Advisers是简单易学的基于3D实体的塑料流动模拟产品,它使塑料零件和注塑模型的设计者能更早地确定其设计的生产能力和质量,以避免可能导致延期和成本超限的潜在连带效应。 The traditional injection mold design with the basic design ot personal Knowledge and experience, mold design, processing has been completed, need to spend a lot of time to debug, modify, or may be due to irreversible errors that scrapped the whole design, mold design, processing of the high cost and low efficiency. MoldFlow simulation software used fluid can save resources and reduce waste of resources, MoldFlow Plastics Advisers is easy to learn entities based on the 3D simulation of plastic flow of products, it makes plastic parts injection model and the designer can determine its earlier design productivity and quality, in order to avoid possible delays and cost overruns led to the potential cascade effect.
