摘要
为合成具有重要光电特性的氟化物材料,采用超声法在微乳液体系中制备了α-PbF2材料。用X射线粉末衍射、透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜等对产物的结构和形态进行了表征,并对其荧光性质进行了研究。实验结果表明,合成的α-PbF2为条状结构:厚100-160nm、宽500-1000nm、长4500-20000nm;该α-PbF2材料形貌规整、分散性好、尺寸可控;在室温下有强的荧光,具有良好的应用价值。
In order to synthesize fluoride materials with important optoelectronic properties, α-PbF2 nano-material was prepared via a sonochemical route in a microemulsion system. The morphologies and structures of the materials were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The experimental results revealed that the material had a nano-strip morphology with a diameter of 100-160 nm and length of 4 500-20000 nm. Photoluminescence of the α-PbF2 material with potential applications was discussed at ambicent temperature.
