性别因素对医学生A型行为的影响及评价

EFFECT AND EVALUATION OF GENDER FACTOR ON TYPE A BEHAVIOR OF MEDICAL STUDENTS

[目的]通过调查医学生A型行为模式的比例,探讨性别因素的影响及调节途径。[方法]采用A型行为测验量表(TABP),对50名法医专业医学生进行测试,其中男生40名,女生10名,对测试结果进行统计学分析评价。[结果]男生A型行为模式的检出率为28%。女生A型行为模式的检出率为30%。统计学检验女生A型行为模式检出率高于男生(P﹤0.01)。[结论]性别因素对医学生A型行为有明显影响,应注意调节不良情绪,缓解生活学习压力,以提高心理社会适应能力,缓解压力致病。

[Objective] Through a survey of type A behavior patterns of medical students to explore the impact of gender and the way of adjustment. [Methods] Used type A behavior pattern （TABP） tests scale, 50 professional medical students in forensic department including 40 boys and 10 girls were tested and the test results were analyzed. [Results] The detection rate of male type A behavior pattern was 28%, and female type behavior pattern 30%. The difference was a statistical significance. [Conclusion] Effects of gender factor on type A behavior of medical students are obvious. Regulating emotion, easing of pressure in life and study should be paid attention to enhance the psychosocial adaptability, ease the pressure pathogenicity.
