肉类食品中庆大霉素残留的监测与分析

SURVEILLANCE AND ANALYSIS ON THE REMNANT OF GENTAMICIN IN MEAT FOOD

[目的]了解深圳市龙岗区肉类食品中庆大霉素的残留水平,为促进畜牧养殖业抗生素的合理使用,以及加强肉类食品的监管提供依据。[方法]应用ELISA法检测肉类食品中庆大霉素的残留量。[结果]检测64份肉类样品,9份超过标准,阳性率14.08%,残留率较高。[结论]相关部门应加强对畜牧养殖业抗生素的使用进行科学指导,并按相关的法规进行监督和约束。

[Objective] To investigate the situations and levels of gentamicin remnant in meat food in Longgang of Shen; zhen. [Methods] The gentamicin remnants in meat food were detected by ELISA test. [Results] The overall positive rate was 14.08 % （9/64）. [Conclusion] The contamination of meat food by gentamicin is particularly serious, Measures should be tak： en to give the culturists scientific directions in the utilization of antibiotics in farms according to standard, and to monitor and manage the food industry.
