鼻腔恶性黑色素瘤的诊断与治疗

DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF PRIMARY NASAL MALIGNANT MELANOMA

[目的]提高对鼻腔恶性黑色素瘤的诊治水平。[方法]对19例原发于鼻腔、鼻窦的恶性黑色素瘤患者的临床表现、诊断、治疗以及随访结果进行分析。[结果]免疫组织化学染色等病理检查对确定诊断有重要的作用。对恶性黑色素瘤行广泛彻底的手术切除加术后放疗可提高患者的术后生存率。[结论]恶性黑色素瘤发展快、预后差,治疗主要采用手术加术后放化疗的综合疗法。

[ Objective] To improve the diagnosis and treatment of malignant melanomas in nasal cavity. [ Methods] Nineteen eases of primary nasal malignant melanoma were analyzed retrospectively, including clinical manifestation, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up data. [Results] It was very helpful for its diagnosis through immunohistoehemistry staining. Adequate extensive resection and postoperative radiotherapy could increase the survival rate. [ Conclusion] Primary nasal malignant melanoma is characterized as rapid development and poor diagnosis. The treatment combining operation and postoperative radiotherapy should be adopted.
