摘要
结合火力发电厂采用膜技术(微滤+反渗透)对循环排污水预除盐回用于锅炉补给水的工程实例,通过现场调试取得系统运行数据。结果显示,将微滤作为反渗透的预处理工艺能够保证反渗透对进水水质的要求;反渗透系统的脱盐率在98%以上且出力达到设计值。
The paper analyzed the membrane technology (microfdtrafion(MF) + reverse osmosis (RO)) applies to pre-demineralization of the circulating cooling wastewater back to boiler feedwater in combination of engineering practice, Tne operation parameters of the reusing system were obtained through field pilot test and the experimental results show that use of MF as pretreatment process of RO can meet the requirement of the RO inlet water with the demineralization rate of the RO system above 98 %.
