胃镜检查中音乐疗法干预患者焦虑效果分析

Effect of Melodic Intonation Therapy Interfered in Anxiety of Patients Undergoing Gastroscopy

目的:研究音乐疗法对胃镜检查患者焦虑和痛苦体验的效果进行分析,为缓解胃镜检查患者焦虑和痛苦体验的护理措施提供理论依据。方法:采用随机抽样法将300例胃镜检查患者分为实验组和对照组各150例,对实验组病人进行音乐疗法。采用状态焦虑问卷(s-AI)进行焦虑程度测定。结果:实验组病人痛苦症状明显减轻,焦虑程度明显下降(P<0.01),生命体征(血压、脉搏、呼吸)趋于平稳(P<0.01)。结论:音乐疗法具有明显缓解胃镜检查患者焦虑和痛苦体验的作用。

Objective To study the effect of melodic intonation therapy interfered in anxiety and affliction grade of patients undergoing gastroscopy and to provid evidence for intervention on relieve anxiety and affliction.Methods 300 patients undergoing gasteoscopy were divided into two groups randomly, and each group has 150 patients. Melodic intonation therapy was undertaked on treatment group while the control group was cared in the usual way. Anxiety and affliction grade was indicated by anxiety state questionnaire（s-AI）.Results The anxiety state was decreased significantly in treatment group compared with control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Effect of melodic intonation therapy can relieve anxiety and affliction of patients undergoing gastroscopy.
