加强流动人口孕产妇系统管理对不良妊娠结局的影响

The Effect of System Management on Pregnancy Outcomes in Internal Migrants

目的:探讨通过加强流动人口孕产妇系统管理对流动人口孕产妇不良妊娠结局的影响。方法:选择我院自加强流动人口孕产妇系统管理以来2006年7月至2007年12月期间在我院产科住院分娩的孕产妇1361例,其中以876例流动人口孕产妇作为流动人口组,以485例本地人口孕产妇作为本地人口组,回顾性分析所有孕产妇的产前检查次数以及不良妊娠结局。结果:流动人口组与本地人口组相比产前检查次数无明显差异,不良妊娠结局也无明显差异,但本地人口孕产妇采用剖宫产术分娩方式较多。结论:加强孕产妇系统管理可以使流动人口孕产妇产检次数明显增多,并可发现孕产妇以及胎儿潜在的危险,从而使流动人口孕产妇不良妊娠结局明显减少。

Objective To investigate the effect of system management on pregnancy outcomes in internal migrants, Methods Data relative to system management and pregnancy outcome were collected from medical histories of 1 352 pregnant women admitted in our hospitals from July 2005 to Dec 2007,Objects were divided into two groups （internal migrants pregnancy women group and local pregnancy women group）,Compared analysis the prenatal care frequency and adverse pregnancy outcomes, Results There were no significantly difference between the internal migrants pregnancy women group and local pregnancy women group about the prenatal care frequency and adverse pregnancy outcomes,Compared with internal migrants pregnancy women, local pregnancy women are more like to select the Cesarean-Section.Conclusion It is important to enhance the pregnancy system management,it will play major role in increasing internal migrants pregnancy women prenatal care frequency and decreasing adverse pregnancy outcomes.
