分离胶促凝管在核酸检验中的应用

The Application of Separate Gel Coagulation-promoting Vacuum Tube on Nucleic Acid Examination

目的:观察分离胶促凝管对核酸检测的影响及价值。方法:分别用普通干燥管(A组)和分离胶促凝管(B组)同时采集30名乙肝患者空腹静脉血样,然后对两组试管的血清分离率和所测HBV-DNA结果进行统计学分析。结果:两组试管血清分离率分别为60%和93.3%,两者差异有极显著性(χ2=7.55,P<0.01);两组血清所测HBV-DNA结果用结果对数值表示,分别为4.86±0.21和4.78±0.19,两者差异无显著性(t=1.56,P>0.05)。结论:分离胶促凝管对于核酸检测影响不大,且分离血清效果明显优于普通干燥管。

Objective Observe the effect and value of separate gel coagulation promoting vacuum tube on nucleic acid examination. Methods Collecting limos is vein blood samples by common desiccation （A group） and separate gel coagulation promoting vacuum tubes （B group） at the same time from thirty HBV patients, Then giving a statistics analysis on the serum separating rate and the HBV-DNA results. Results The two types tubes sera separating rates are 60% and 93.3% ,and have a highly specific significant difference （x^2=-7.55, P〈0.01）; There was no significant difference for HBV-DNA results in the two types tubes （ t=-1.56,P〉0.05）. Conclusion The separate gel coagulation promoting vacuum tube can be used in clinic nucleic acid examination and having a good serum separating rate.
