The Treatment of Internal Fixation by Plate Through Small Cut to Fracture of Tibia

目的:经小切口直接复位钢板内固定治疗胫骨骨折并观察疗效[1]。方法:选择7例胫骨骨折病例,经胫骨骨折断端小切口直接复位,在胫骨内侧骨折两端建立隧道,钢板经此安放于胫骨内侧,在钉眼处另作小切口螺钉固定。结果:经随访所有病例切口为一期愈合,骨折均为临床愈合。结论:经小切口直接复位钢板内固定,是一种治疗胫骨骨折的微创方法。

Objective To observe the application and effect of the internal fixation by plate through small cut to fracture of tibia,Methods The internal fixation was performed for the 7 cased of the fracture of tibia,and direct diaplasis through the small fracture cut, then establish the tunnel at both sides,put the plate and fix the screws through another cut, Results With follow-up after the operation,All cases was healed,Conclusion The application of theinternal fixation by plate throughsmall cut to fracture of tibia is a good treatment.
