Summary of 28 Cases Antepartum Eclampsia after Caesarean Section Postoperative Care

子痫是妊娠高血压综合征最严重阶段,是在高血压、蛋白尿、水肿的基础上出现自觉症状,进而出现抽搐或伴昏迷,心肾功能衰竭,凝血功能障碍,甚至导致母婴死亡的孕产期特有疾病。本组资料中子痫经过对症处理及行剖宫产术后,给予降压、解痉、镇静、抗炎等治疗护理,均治愈出院。

Eclampsia is the disease only appear in gravidity circumnatal period.It is the most severity condition of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,based on high blood pressure,albuminuria,dropsy and emerge self-consciousness symptoms,then appearance convulsion or accompaniment exanimation,heart-kidney nonfunction,coagulation disorders,and then which can induce mother and baby dead .In this data, we deploy handle the eclampsia symptoms and march uterine-incision delivery,then administrate with depressurization, spasmolysis ,conscious-sedation ,antiinflammatory nursing care and so on, all cured disch.
