摘要
针对由大型水库、堤防和分洪组成的复杂防洪系统联合运行问题建立了一个多维动态规划模型.模型中面临时刻的每个状态变量都包括以前阶段的可能信息,消除了后效性的影响.利用此模型用POA算法连续求解与决策,可以有效地获得调度洪水的最优策略;通过对比计算说明模型的可行性和有效性.
Aiming at the operation problem of flood-control system made up of a large reservoir, dyke and flooddivistion projects, a Multidimension Dynamic Programming model is presented to eliminate the effect related to system history. In the model every state variable of the current period includes all probable information of past stages. Utilizing this model serially solution and decision-making on Progressive Optimality Algorithm(POA), we can effectively acquire the optimum strategy of regulating a flood process. Based on the comparing calculation, feasiblity and effectiveness of the model is further verified.
