微创留置胸管治疗气胸36例

Clinical observation of effect of using tiny indwelling catheter in treating pneumothorax

目的探讨微创置管闭塞引流治疗气胸的价值。方法回顾分析36例气胸置管治疗资料。结果36例全部治愈，大部份病人1天内复张，3～5天拔管，未见明显副作用。结论16FR导管置入胸腔闭式引流治疗气胸，操作简单、创伤小、疗效好、费用少、值得推广。

Objective To examine clinical value of treating pneumothorax by tiny indwelling catheter for closed thoracic drainage. Methods The data of 36 cases who had been given tiny indwelling catheter were studied. Results Among 36 cases, the cure rate reached 100%. The lungs fully recovered at the 1st day of the therapy in most cases and few complication occurred. Conclusion The tiny indwelling catheter for closed thoracic drainage has the advantages of small trauma. It has easy and safe operation, with better curative effect, lower medical expence, which deserves to be further studied.
