四川省水力资源经济可开发量初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Economic Hydroelectric Potentiality in Sichuan Province

水力资源经济可开发量是指当今地区经济条件可行的情况下，已开发和将要开发的资源量，是技术可开发量中与其他能源相比更具有竞争力、更具有经济开发价值的水力资源量。本文描述了经济可开发量在表征水力资源方面的作用和意义，初步探讨了它的界定方法，并对四川省水力资源经济可开发量进行了初步的描述和确认，俾使对四川省的水力资源有一个比较全面的了解和认识，为制定四川省水力资源开发政策提供参考。

The economic hydroelectric potentiality(EHP)is an important index which characterizes water power resources to be developed and developed beneficially in economy.This paper describes EHP's significances and the role it plays,and gives an economically hydroelectric potentiality in Sichuan in the first time,in addition, gives principles for their category divide. The purpose of this study is to obtain a comprehensive evaluation of Sichuan's abundant water power resources.
