摘要
T形墩消力池是在平底池内加设平面上呈“T”形、前墩用支腿与尾坎相联的辅助消能工消力池。这种消力池由课题组于1978年在国内率先研究并应用于三江口水电站溢流坝。其显著特点是能缩短池长40%~70%。至今国内已建成13座这样的低水头消能工。本文对T形墩消力池的墩型、流态、水力计算方法、平均单宽阻力及阻力系数、消能机理、设计原则与步骤,以及取得的新进展等进行了论述。
Stilling basin with T shaped baffle is horizontally bedded with auxiliary dissipator which has a T shaped baffle in plan and supporting leg connected with end sill. This kind of stilling basin has been studied since 1978 and applied to spillway of Sanjiangkou hydropower station, Hunan Province of China. The notable advantage of this kind of stilling basin is capable to shorten the length of basin by 40~70 percent in comparison with conventional horizontal bedded basin, that makes great economy. To present time, thirteen such stilling basins have been completed and operating in China. This paper systematically describes following items for stilling basin with T shaped baffle: type of baffle, flow pattern, principal equations for hydraulic calculation, unit resistance and coefficient of drag, mechanism of dissipation, design principle and procedure, and the new development achieved from practise.
